Ls Sport Shift Knob?????

I Was Wondering If Any Of You People Know How To Get The Stock Shift Knob Off....... There Is No Way In Heck To Get It Off.....i Have Tried Pliers, Hammer, Drilling It Out And It Wont Come Off Lemme Know Thanks

jeez it must be destroyed now...lol. I have had the same problem on my cav. Its not the same model as yours, but getting it off is a pain. I have not been successful either.

BTW, im sure you have tried twisting right?

There is a C-clip on the back side of the knob (facing the dash) that needs to be pulled out. You should be able to grab it with a pair of needlenose or pry it out with a flathead.
