I thought this one would uplift some honda spirits .... of coarse you still got those dickless cobra fans/owners that just cannot believe it can happen so they gotta diss the hell outta 4 bangers ....

Good Kill I Love To Hear That. Last Night My Friend And I Were Just Cruising Down The Street In My 94 Del Sol I Just Finished Swapping A 2000 Jdm Itr Motor. I Have No Name Intake For Now, Thermal Exhaust And Ls Headers ( Waiting For My Type R's) Anyways We Are All Juiced Cause It Took Like 4 Months To Do. It Gets Up Really Freaking Quick. So My Friend Is Like Lets Go Find A V-8 And Put It To The Test. We Were Just Trying To Find A Mustang But Ran Into To This 2000 Ss. We Roll Next To Him And He Is Like That Shit Is Weak. So I Was Like Lets Go On 3 We Go He Pulls On Us But Only Like Half A Car Then We Shut It Down. Plus My Friend Was Driving And He Is Not Use To My Car Let A Lone I Need A Wheel Alignment Really Bad And I Am Not Lowered. I Think I Could Of Kept Up With Him
What You Think I Will Be Running In 1/4 Mile. There Is This Guy Midnight Rider He Has A Type R In His Del Sol And He Says He Is Only Running 16 I Think He Sucks At Driving My Goal Is To Get Into Low 13 High 12's

i think he sucks really bad at driving !! i got my ass handed to me one night by a del sol ... he told me after the race that he had a gsr turbo swap .....your prolly already runnin 13's

I'm sorry I find this VERY hard to believe, look at the guy's profile only 4 posts and eveyone believes his story? I don't like to call BS on racing stories but on this one I would have to, for a n/a 4cyl to beat a 400hp engine without a turbo or other power adder it's very hard to believeeven with ported heads and aggressive cams.

if its true, and i do not believe it is, then the cobra owner cannot drive at all. (or he accidentally started out in 3rd gear each run)
-who in the heck would put it into first gear when going 30 something??!

i find this very easy to believe! i raced a 98 cobra(stock) from 50 to 110 and lost by a little more than a car. and ls/v-tec kick my ass! atleast my friend's does.
