Need help adjusting Idle on '89 CRX
My idle has been insanely low lately (500rpm and below), and I want to try adjusting the idle before I try anything that cost money. So how do I adjust the idle/where is that little screw you turn?

If there's nothing wrong with your car you shouldn't have to adjust the idle.
As to how,I would have to see. And adjusting the idle won't fix the problem that may exist,it's merely a band aid that may hide bigger problems in the future. You better take care of it now while it's small.Just my 0.02$ |

Yeah well sometimes the screw needs to be adjused. But I am not saying that is the only thing wrong, it still can be something else. But the adjusting screw. is on the left side of the throttle body, and the head is resting on a spring.
