99 sunfire gt 2.4l tc a/t IDLE ROUGH

is there a way that i can adjust the idle rate in my 99 sunfire? it's the 2.4 l tc a/t. the idle's a little rough and it sits around 700.

how long has it been since a full tune has been done?. fuel filter?. How many miles on the motor?. Has the fuel pump test for a PSI test?. Any check engine light on?.
