Unhappy Oil coolant housing Leek

I've got a 92 Runner with 174,000 mi. The oil coolant houseing which is rather close to the oil fliter has started to leek. I cant find a way to get to the housing. I know that behind it is just an o-ring with I have to change. But I cant seem to get to the housing. Everything seems to be in the way, the engine braket, the exaust manifold, the fender well. does any one know how to approch the removal of this thing ? If so PLEASE HELP ME. Its leeking alot ! Thanks
