My truck is at stock height right now, with stock wheels with 265/75R16's on them. However i think my shocks are pretty much wore- out. I would like to get some new shocks for it, but here's my question - Some day, I would like to raise my truck 2", (probably with a block under the springs in the back and maybe some coil spring extensions in the front, that's a question for another day) If I buy the factory replacement shocks for my truck (I think they're Bilstiens) will they still be the right shocks to have when I decide to do the raise??? Or will I have to buy different (longer) shocks???
thanks for your help, sorry about the long post.
