2001 Air Filter

I need to change the air filter and can only open the housing about two inches after opening the main clamp. How do I get the filter out? Thanks in advance for any help.

Yeah the air filter is a real fun one. After popping that clamp for the two halves of the intake box, I had to remove the boot from the throttle body to intake box. Just two clamps and that breather tube into the boot. The tube is a little tough to see. Its on the back side of the boot, but you should see it. Other than that have fun and enjoy the scratches and cuts on your hands.
