Question rear passenger window removal

I'm trying to replace the rear window motor in my Sub, It's an '83. I can get the inner panel off, no problem. I get stuck when it comes to removal of the small stationary rear window. I cant seem to get it out, no matter which way I wiggle it. Is there anyone who knows the proper sequence to remove the window so I can get at the motor and regulator? It's the rear passenger door window I'm referring to.
Thanks!
