Bucking on a half of a tank or less
I have a 1996 G.M.C. k1500 5.7 and I am experiencing a magor bucking from a dead start when I have a half tank or less of gas. The fuel pump and sending unit were chaned about 5 months ago with factory parts. The fuel pump seems to whine very loud but it is showing 55 pounds of pressure at the shrader valve near the intake. I also changed the fuel filter, metering body, injector seals, fuel pressure regulator, intake gaskets upper and lower, plugs, wires, cap and rotor and fuel relay. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Re: Bucking on a half of a tank or less
Completely drain and refill the tank with new gas, there might be water in it.

I ran all of the gas out of it and it still does the same thing.
