Re: Best 1/4 time, Fastest speed, mods u did it w/

Um, that isn't bad. I own a 94 2 dr coupe accord EX VTEC. Last summer I hitmy best run at 15.3 doing 114 mph.

I did this with no turbo, no super, and no NOS. My secret? There are no secrets here... I won't lie to you guys. All it takes is a dc ceramic coated 4-1 one piece header, a short ram intake, NGK V spark plugs with 9.3 mm APC wires, an SCI MSD running with two external blaster II coils, plus I did a custom 2.25 catback on a tanabe exhaust and a hell of a good driver to make this qtr time. I also have a high-flow cat converter. My vehicle is dropped about 2 inches on the fronts and about only a little over an inch on the rear for full tracksion during burnout on 2 front stock wheels and regular cheap everyday dunlop tires. There was no weights deducted from the vehicle. All seats, dashes etc... and even the ac was still there in full working condition.

B16's and B18's with regular mods struggles to hang with me. Swaps are a better competition. People are always amaze of my cars potential considering it's only a SOHC VTEC... and especially on a not so light weighted car.

No mine is an F22B1 engine w/ manual 5sp tranny!

Oh yeah- forgot to mention a few more things. I have the ACT clutch also in my tranny w/ lighweight flywheel and a cheap supposedly MUGEN chip off of ebay and I just soldered it into my ECU as stated in the instruction. That made a really big difference. My rpm climbs fast redline @ 7800 RPM w/ vtec launching @ 3K RPM. Not a bad cheap investment.

ok, you're obviously lying. 15.3 is pretty quick and unlikely, although it could be possible I would think you would need more mods though. the ultimate b.s. part - 114mph, thats like low 12's range... no way you could get anywhere near that... probably 90 at the most.
anyways my best was 16.0 @ 86 mph with aem cai, dc sports header, high flow cat and greddy sp exhaust. manual btw

A typo - my qtr mile run actually is 15.3 but doing 104mph, not 114mph.

Believe me or hate me! I'll smoke you anyday!!
