If I had to guess - since we have never compared time slips - youngVR4 is a good bet for it.

My Spyder has a good set of mods in it and is quick off the line, but its a few hundred pounds more then the coupes.

Please, please get a time slip from a track. There are a handful of cars which have gotten into the 10s but I have never seen one in the nines. The time you mentioned is over a full second faster then the next fasted car anyone has seen. What bugs me is that the fastest one that I’ve seen a time slip for is pushing over 800 horses.

Get that monster of your on a track and see what she can really pull. With a great launch, you might get into the tens, but I am going to doubt anything close to a nine second run without that slip.

Edit: Stop here http://www.dynamicracing1.com/frames/index_vids.html to see some high ten second runs.

Again - I and a few other thousand other people would love to see a nine second run with these cars. Stop at www.3si.org and post it up there too.
