Re: rx-8 mods

Man don't rice out the RX-8. i have never seen this veliside Ver.1 bodykit but from i have seen of the Veliside body kits for the RX-7's they look trashy with the huge wing and the way the front lower valence jutts out of the side. it looks trashy

Re: rx-8 mods

yeah, seriously, rice is bad. Go for things like intake, exhaust, headers. a hood with some gills or scoops is fine, as long as they are functional. rotaries run freakin hot, so anything that'll help the heat is good. Also, get lighter rims and better quality tires. good call with teh flywheel, that'll get some of the power back to the rear wheels, also considering getting a new, harder and lighter driveshaft.

Re: rx-8 mods

with that 10 grand you put into mostly looks, i would have bought a 2nd gen rx-7, rebuilt the engine, done agressive street port, intake, exhaust, headers, custom built brakets and put in a supercharger. rims and tires of course, upgrade brakes, fuel pump and injectors, and if there is cash left over do some suspension mods. these are all completely guessed figures, but i think the car would end up around 350 reliable hp. it would be one bad ass car on the autocross tracks.

Re: rx-8 mods

fuck the 3 rotor, stay n/a but try to get the engine tuned with a haltech or some EMS with a full exhaust, put some money on the suspension too. not only a drop, spring, coil over, shocks, everything you can find to make the car handle better than a porsche GT1 EVO

Re: rx-8 mods

what's up with all the rice this rice that...someone makes up a new slang and u use it for everything. he's spending $ on body styling...not everyone is all about high hp...although i don't really care for that kit...itz ur preference...i'm sure it'll look good though
