Wudup peepz... I've got a 98 eclipse gs and i've just started jumpin on the neon mod train.. and i'm a n00b with this.. unfortunately i found out that neons' are illegal after buying my green valve caps.. and washer lights.. but.. i was wondering if anyone knew how to hook up the washer lights to the fog lights so i could hit the fog lights button to serve as a switch if i'm in a cop filled area.. if anyone has any information on this it would be very helpful.. ;p
As of right now i have the lights connected to my headlights in the fuse box.. Zien ~Master of Shadows~ Last edited by Zien; 01-24-2004 at 02:27 PM. |

Re: help with installing led washer lights to fog lights
If you really find two dots of neon on your hood necessary, it would be easier and smarter to hook it to a relay switch. You can purchase one at any hardware store or radio shack. Good luck

I hooked mine up to a switch (its glows blue
) in the center counsel, but you could put the switch anywhere, and then i got the power from the fuse box with an add-a-circuit. I am also in the process of changing my hatch-washer with an LED one

Re: help with installing led washer lights to fog lights
well since no one actually answered your question....... you can splice the passenger side wires with the drivers side so there are only 2 instead of 4. find a spot to ground the black wire. with the red one run it into the fuse box and connect it with the foglight fuse..... there may be another way but thats all i know
