toyota celsior/lexus ls400

has anyone built or got a kit of a toyota celsior/lexus ls400? im planning on buying one and would like to know whether its a good kit. the exact kit is the aoshima VIP car II no.21. im also planning to put a hydro setup on it, does anyone have any info on how the hydro hoppers systems work? also, im going to get some modeler's cf sheets, are these decals as good as the sms ones? any help is appreciated

It's a good kit. I own every generation LS400/Celsior that Aoshima makes. They're all good. The Tamiya version is also a good kit and comes with the engine, but they only made the first gen LS400/Celsior.
