GT Oil Change

Before I begin tomorrow, where is the oil filter located?
Recommended oil and when or (if) to go to synthetic?
What silly questions, but I'm lazy at the computer tonight.
Thanks

Re: GT Oil Change

The oil filter is right in front of the pan, towards the front bumper. It hangs striaght down, cant miss it.

Go to synthetic now. It doesnt hurt.

See? I knew I asked a silly question. Thanks
I just know on Accords the filter is behind the engine block, which makes it impossible to change without lifting the car HIGH up on a jack.

No problem man

That is one thing we lucked out on with this car. Fluid changes are a breeze.

I used to own a Nissan SXSER 1996 and the oil filter was located on the front middle side of the motor. changing it was done standing over the motor.
Drain the oil was just as easy. No jack required. Just reach under, feel and remove drain plug.
On the other hand my Accord was impossible. It was behind the motor. You could hardly even SEE it.
Thanks again.
