My neon underglow (pictures)

Well, I decided to hook up my car with some underglow neon blue lights. Im in Mexico, so its legal to have them turned on whenever you want. They installed it so you cant see the neon bars, only the glow. I thought since Im going to have my SiR for only 6 more months, i better enjoy things I cant do in the USA or Canada (where i plan to study), since im going to sell it. If i go to the US ill go for performance, such as an SI 99 like mine with a vortech, if i go to canada ill go for looks.

Constructive comments, if its rice, i really dont care, its just for enjoyment.

Hey MexSiR, what company makes those underglows? Those are some bright lights, and blue is the best colour

led lighting is not new at all.

i love leds, cause they are so small, produce tons of light, and take up almost no power. but i dont think i would get a led kit for underground lights. i like the 'evenness' of the regular neon tubes more than the kind of spotty light led tubes produce.

those are some pretty bright neons though...very nice!!!

Re: My neon underglow (pictures)

no the led lighting isn't the new product he's talking about. its the side moldings with led's wired in. i think thats really ricey-far more than underglows. i agree with 99civic03- i think it would be kinda cool to have underglows(if the bulbs were very well hidden) but i don't think i would ever pay the money for them.

Re: My neon underglow (pictures)

They cost me 170 dollars including setup for the 4 full size bars, with an independent switch. And quality bright neon lights protected with glass tubes. I think it is a good price.
