neon underglow
Hey I live in CT and I wanted to know if anyone knows if the neon underglow under my car is illegal or not because ive seen some aorund town but I am not sure...plz get back tome

I beleive local emergency vehicle light colors would be illegal. Here its red and blue. Anything else might be acceptable , but don't quote me. Most guys I've seen run blacklight neons , which actually looks cool.
I may not think of neons as a performance mod , but I don't pass judgement on those who do use them. To each their own , as far as I'm concerned.
