Look either on ebay or dsmtrader.. Stick it in a vice and crush it, that info is on vfaq..

For crushing it, there are two ways to do it. NAturally one is easier, and one is "right." The quick and dirty way to do it is to crush it in a vice (use wood or something soft to protect the part) until the vac nipple just touches the case. The correct way to do it is to get a "mightyvac" or similar device (one man brake bleeder, etc) and apply vacuum to the vac nipple. Hold the valve up to the light looking through the outlet. Crush the valve in small increments until it takes ~18 in/hg to just crack the valve off the seat (you'll see light through it). 19 is pushing it, and 20" will make the BOV a little too tight and noisy (fluttering).

its $45 shipped... You can also join a couple of the ClubDSM list... of the classified listing in DSMtuners... Theres usually people parting out their 1gs... and sell the BOVs for like $35... Better be quick though.. thats the first thing that usually goes..

If theres a junk/salvage yard near you .. Might want to try that first... Most of the time.. people dont even know what it is.. i got mine for like $20 and another one that i cleaned up and sold on ebay for $50... i wouldnt buy one thats already been crushed.. no guarentee that it was done right.. if its not done right theres the chance of the BOV not opening and being stuck shut..
