what do i need before i get a bov

i was thinking about buying a 98 or newer gst or gsx and i've always wanted a blow off valve. if i buy this car what are the prior mods i will need (if any) before i get a bov??? your help is appreciated

no mods needed but u have a stock bov but i guessing u need the "chhiissssshh" sound so just upgrade the bov to a greddy or hks or sumthing and get the upper i\c piping..

All turbocharged cars have blow off valves (i hope), so you don't have to buy one before you start modifying the car for more power anyway. So when you do start buying parts, BOV's are a good upgrade, and lots of people recommend getting one first (or close to the first thing you get).

well u dont need need any prior mods but after to have a turbo you need to get an intercooler!
