Well, there area couple of threads about it: G20=Primera; Submit Cool Car Pictures Here; the latest primera in the US. You will find the answers there.

For me G20 (actually, primera) is thesecond biggest love of my life

I would not call it a luxury nissan sentra, seeming that the only thing it shares with the sentra is the engine. It is actually based of the Nissan Primera (which is not available in the US). It is it's own unique car which you must own to truely appreciate.

hrm...I better stop trusting my auto books then...

Consumer Guide (blah....) said it was the same...the auto anyway, I dunno about the 5-speed.

Offically the SR20DE was designed for the Japanese Primera. Soooo technically the Sentra has the G20 or primera engine.
