SI head Cam LIne Up?

Hi,

I am putting the SI head on my STD hatch and we already got the head on, header, hoses, manifold, wires, dizzy, and basically everything.
I just gotta set my crank at TDC and set the cam at TDC.
But if I use the SI head where abouts do I set up the camshaft?
Cause there is a setting for the DX or the SI.
Wont I still use the one I had before?
Thanks
