Import from Canada!!!!

I have been in contact with a representative from JNS-IMPORTS which imports nissans especially into Canada. They have OUTSTANDING prices...I have just found my dream car, a 1989 R32 Skyline GTS-T type M turbo for only 8 grand...this is an unbeatable price considering the high costs of importing into the USA. The 8 grand covers import costs, the car itself, customs clearance, ocean freight,etc...EVERYTHING !

Im so glad to be a Canadian when it comes to importing, and after I'm done putting in all my modifications etc, i can easily sell it for 25 grand and make a nice profit for my newer skyline

KRAP with a capital K that was a nice deal i mean i see r32 skylines on jap sites sellen them for like $4900 and the shiping is $900 not added and it dsounds like there is a gemic our something cuz it is cheap for a skyline r 32 that has the gt-r powertrain. so can u tell me the site were u got this car i am only 14 but my bro is looking for a skyline just cuz of the gt-r powertrain. (if u dont know (like u dont know this) the powertrain works like this it stays in 4wd all the time our most of the time then if your rear tires are spinning to much in a 1/4 it converts it to all wheel drive unstead of rwd if it is spinning way to much sometimes it goes to all fwd then back to 4wd then rwd. when oyour taking a sharp turn at loke 140 mph it will go fton rwd to 4wd for the turn when it is in a strait it will go to rwd again u get the picture.

buddy first of all if yout think 8 grand is a lot for a perfectly good r32 then your insane, second of all if u found one for $4900 its either american which is basically 8 grand canadian, or ur just getting the car with no engine and nothing in it so get your info straight before you post something like that...not to mention all the import costs people in usa have to pay for

I`ve seen the site. It doesn`t look too bad. They give a lot of info on the site itself and links added. But, I think the price is a little on the heavy side considering I`ve seen 1989 GTR`s for 6,000 CDN (in japan. Can`t export 1989`s until after August). I`m looking at it right now. No accident 60,000km. If anyone wants to PM me, I can answer any of your questions. On average, 1989 skylines from japan are between 50,000-100,000km. If this car is in this range, then ya, defintiey too much.

If you think it's so expensive why does it cost like 30 grand to import one and all the extra costs for the same car in USA then?????

Well, it`s going to Canada. A different system than the States. If the car is 15 years old or older then all you have to pay for (after shipping), is get an emission test etc, and get another VIN plate. need two. All in all the cost from japan and on the Canadian streets is around $3,000CDN max. Works the same as any other car 15 years old or older. Done it!! The 1989 GTR will be on Canadian roads after August of this year.

i understand what you're saying, but you have to admit that a 1989 gtr for 10 grand with all included is a good price. you can easily put some mods in it and sell it easily to some car hobbiest for 20 grand and make a profit, i know there has to be somebody who would by such a rare car for 20 grand

Ya. I just thought the gts-t was costly. But a GTR for 10,000 is definitely a nice buy. Have people inquiring about importing the GTR into Canada. Can get them at very reasonable prices. Excited to see it finally going to Canada.

I just need a job so i can purchase the gts-t type M skyline that I want, I have enough now but my parents wont help me pay unless I have a job so I've been sending out resumes every where, and if I were to get that skyline everyone at my school would be crowding around! Nothin wrong with a lil more popularity! lol

If your mods cost you 50 grand then maybe...

8000 Canadian dollars isn't a bad price for a GTS-T. Not great either if it isn't in mint condition. 8000 Canadian for a GT-R and it won't be anywhere close to being mint.

Re: Import from Canada!!!!

I think dont know its kinda too long to tell but i might be going to Hong Kong and Brunei most likely in the summer (fuck damn its going to be hot as hell) so im going to be looking for skyline when i get the chance hoping the price for one will be simillar to japan and dont even have to pay taxes thanks to relative giving it as a gift. so i guessing ill be getting about 2,000 cdn cheaper maybe

Re: Import from Canada!!!!

hey guys im from Vancouver... and i hate to say it but there is quite a big difference in price when it comes to the GTS-T and the GT-R ... R32 GTS-T is roughly about 8-10G's as you said but a R32 GT-R is about 20-25G'z.. there's actually quite a few places here that are importing in Skylines here now... i decided to go witha 180SX

not a bad choice there insomniac...at least with the 180sx you wont have much problems getting an insurance company which will even give bother with your car, and since its similar to the 240sx you can get parts easily
