Tamyia TL 01 or TA 02?

I've got a old TA02 4x4 chassis, full ballrace'd(been in the actic for years) and I've now just picked up a TL01 chassis with motor, radio etc...the question is , which one is the better chassis that I should keep?

Any help would be great as I'm thinking getting into low level club racing(never done this type of thing before)

The TA02 has more gearimg options and you can still get hop ups for it, mainly from eBay and afew online shops. The TL01 only has 3 gearing options and the motors tend to overheat in them easily. I would suggest two things for the TL01, a clip on heat for the motor (which you can get from Integy's online shop) and the long arm suspension set (tower hobbies is one place to get this). Now the long arm kit will make the car more stable, but it's a bit expensive...approx $40-45US (worth every penny IMO).
