ABS or actuator won't turn off
The ABS indicator light came on in my '94 J30 today. When I turned off the ignition (and removed the key) either the ABS unit or the actuator is still running! Has anyone had this problem or have any ideas on what I can do to get it to turn off? I'm concerned about it draining the battery and my service shop isn't open until Monday.

I googled this and found the answer! Should anyone else need to know how to fix this, here is the link:

Re: ABS or actuator won't turn off
if you haven't already fixed it...here is a temporary fix...
in your ABS relay box is two fuses... normally, only one is causing the problem, so pull each of them out and see which one is the culprit it should shut off the noise when you pull the right one it is recommended to replace these at the same time though NOTE: your brakes will still work just fine, HOWEVER, you do lose the anti-lock function of your brakes. i.e. you now just have disc brakes. AND the annoying red light will stay on until you replace the fuses |

In the abs relay box you'll find two relays.Replace both these relays and problem of abs actuator running with key off will go away.
