plug gap

Hello, i am new here but I just changed the plugs in my 1998 Aurora and gapped them by the book at .050. I was looking on here and see they are supposed to be .060. Is there going to be a problem with this or should I regap them? Thanks

Re: plug gap

My owners manual (99) calls for .050. Thats where I would set them.
