I've got a 93 integra with 130k miles on it, i've got about 2000$ to put into it but I don't want to make any big engine mods if my engine can't handle it. What's the best road to go to crank out some good horsepower within by budget.

Re: high mileage horsepower
Would a frankenstein be a good idea if I rebuilt the bottom end as well?

LMFAO, dude ive got a 93 ls with 180k miles on it. it kicks so hard stil that i blew two of my engine mounts clean out of there place. the front and back ones. but all i have is aem cold air intake, test pipe, dc sports header, greddy mx cat back and a skunk2 racing chip. if i can do it so can you. just pay close attention to the maintanence schedule.
