wtf cartoon was that off of... I know it was a cat/mouse Tom & Jerry spinoff, but can't remember the name of the show

I remember the mice names were pixie and dixie the cat was Mr. Jinks but I have no idea what the name of the cartoon is though.

I searched google and the show was called Pixie and Dixie. Well that was a letdown.
