Does anyone know the exact location of the TPS on a 98 Taurus with the Tec in it? Thanks

Re: TPS Location

Hi: Most TPS (Throttle Position Sensors) units can be traced by the throttle linkage attached to them. Usually they are in the metal air induction housing, just following the flexible black air connector hose. Again, look for the throttle connection, as you might get the TPS mixed with the incoming air temp analyzer or MAPI switch.

Thanks,
