2.8-3.4 stroker kit+ 3.1 crank pistons

i am tryint to keep my car street legal. would my car pass smog if i add the 2.8-3.4 stroker kit and the 3.1 crank, pistons, and rods to my 87 blazer

No offense at all, but why do you want to try and beef up a 2.8? Besides, if you want a little extra power and want to pass smog, I would recommend swapping the 2.8 for a 4.3. Otherwise, I wouldn't really mess with the 2.8 itself too much.
