Good I/H/E for a GSR

I just got a GSR Teg and soon i will be looking into buying a I/H/E setup and I was wondering what would be a decent set up that is somewhat cheap, budget is a big factor. any suggestions would help, thanks. I also dont want to make the car sound like a lawn mower or have a big coffee can hangin out the back

Just wondering, does the search buttons not work on your screen? I mean this has been covered so many times you won't want to read all the pages of information conserning this. Search, read and learn, then ask questions. IMO
