1997 Geo Metro LSi Need Exhaust system
My 97 Geo metro Lsi needs a exhaust system the garage I took it to said it would cost around 1000.00 dollars to rplace it. The pipe broke from the CAT. CONVERTOR. and the said I need to replace the whole thing. can anyone tell me where I can find a Cheap exhaust system for my car. Thanks

I put my metro in a ditch once. After a while developed 4 broken welds and needed a new muffler too! I just got that fixed at a muffler shop for $80 I think it's a good idea to shop around for this. Here's what I asked them. I'm shopping for quotes to reweld my catalitic converter and the resonator. (Thats another component you may have. Mine wound up as a "Glasspack" a long time ago). Also I want a cheap quiet muffler.
Of course it would have been more if I needed exhaust pipe too. It sounds like they may have been quoting all new Mr. Goodwrench parts. Always a spendy proposition. Best Luck shopping!

I can make a 2.25" exhaust system from the manifold on back for about $200 if ya want. I can make it in 2 parts for easier shipping, lemme know.
