P0446 Code
2000 Suburban 4x4.
P0446 - Evaporative Emnissions Control System Vent Malfunction I searched web and there is a EVAP by the gas tank. This fix for it said I need to clean out the filter, and gave me a picture of the EVAP and the procedure to clean it. So I looked under by the tank, and I can't find it. Is it located by the gas tank toward the rear of the front? Above the tank? I guess it would be dirty since I went off-roading in sand 2 days before the SES light. I hope this gets rid of the SES light. TIA

You will have to look around the gas tank area..it should be on the vertical frame support near the filler neck
