jerking suburan

I have a 91 with 454, when it gets to 25 to 35 mph driving its starts to jerk, have cannged lots of parts but nobody can solve this problem?? Does anybody have any ideas.

Need more info pal. Is it the powertrain? Does increasing load increase the jerking? Does jerking go away at higher speed? Does shifting into neutral and coasting make it go away? What parts did you change?
