JGTC resources

I was going to post a question asking if anyone had any pictures of the Castrol Mugen NSX (like the Tamiya kit). I was going to ask for interior and engine pictures. And I searched the forum to find them, even in the JGTC section, and while there were some answers there, most links were dead and the rest weren't that helpful. So my new question, is why is it so hard to find JGTC reference pictures? Espescially of 1998 or 1999 seasons? Is it because they are so old? Because no pictures were taken? Because there is little interest? And you know what else? Tamiya should include little booklets of reference material!

Also, I was at some point considering pitching little reference books of cars aimed at modellers, sort of like the Squadron Walk-around series about aircraft. Anyone have any idea who I could pitch this to and would anyone be interested in such reference? That would be fun, a great way for me to apply my skills, and a good excuse to see all sorts of cool cars!

Thanks.

I know exactely what your talking about... my JGTC NSX is on the shell, can't find references of what this motor should look like, neither does the interior. Ok, the link above is cool for the interior, but not much photos of the engine bay.

So if someone know where to find that stuff... write it down please. You'll help more than one people.

Does it have to be 1998~1999 NSX?? HLJ has a book about the New NSX and it has JGTC car photo around the machine. Engine, interior, brakes, rims...... etc

http://www.hlj.com/cgi-perl/hljpage.cgi?NSP07145

I don't have the book so don't know what kind of pictures does it have.

i got that mook, its doesnt really cover JGTC that much, mainly just the NSX-R. what you see there is pretty much all they cover in JGTC. plus its the new season it doesnt cover 98-99, the new JGTC NSX engine bay totaly different. youre better off getting the Hyper Rev mook instead, the first page has a cutaway image of real Avex Dome NSX and they also cover other fixed up NSX.
