Hatch vs. Mustang

It was a V6, but it was still funny. I was crusing to college after work and I was at a red light. This guy in a red 2002 mustang with the Pony upgrade or whatever pulls out of a gas station like a bat out of Hades and rides my bumper. I just take off normal and so does he. We came into a 65mph zone, and he is about 3 cars back, he pulls into the slow lane and stomps it trying to fly by. I let him get to about 1 length behind my back bumper then I throw it down into fourth, I was doing around 60 and he was doing like 70 or something. Before he can pull even with my rear bumper, he is already falling back. He passed me after I shut it down at 85 or 90. It was funny because we both pulled into the same parking lot. He just kind of looked the other way and walked in the door in front of me. I'm not bragging or anything (it was a v6) , but it was kind of funny.

I have a mini-me, with 2.5 mendrel cat back, dc sports header, and other small things.

Another time I was coming back from school (I was in my friends eclipse gs-t with 2.5in custom exhaust, HKS SS-BOV, Apex-i down pipe, AFC, blah blah blah) and another V6 stang tried his luck. I couldn't even count the car lengths I put on him by 120 when I shut it down.

a mini-me is a non vtec D series engine(single overhead cam) with a vtec head on it. its a hybrid engine just like the ls/vtec.

sounds like u had fun. eclipses can be fast, especially if the downpipe and exhaust are port matched.

That pony upgrade is just a sticker on the car... it's just an appearance deal to make ugly Mustangs look better.

Actually, it does add 5hp.

Yeah, I knew that... but I'm sure it made him think he was cooler, therefore beating him was a much greater dissapointment on his part.
