Quiet AfterMarket Exhaust

SO..apart from the Apexi Worldsport that is like 500 bucks, is there a cheaper (like around 100bucks yeah i'm cheap) muffler or catback system that will not deafen the neighbors. I was looking at the dynomax turbo flow for 90 bucks on jegs.com that is the whole cat back system, but I don't know how loud it is. I just want something that will give me better flow back there, but not sound totally rice and attract cops I have a 95 EX V-TEC Sedan with a CAI installed. Thanks!

P.S. Yes I know a lot of the muffs have silencers, but even with them on I hear they are still pretty darn loud.

i've got a '95 with gsr swap, put the greddy evo on it, sounds great and is the only sound legal, cat back that i can think of, set me back 4 bills though.
