It's "say aye." A couple things about this guy, he might be screwing with us, but perhaps (and since he's from Quebec) he is not fluent in english. And while you may say, "well I understood what he asked and told him to read the FAQ, perhaps he cannot read the FAQ. Just some things to consider before asking to ban him.
