Defrost w/o AC

I heard something about modifying the AC system so that the A/C does not come on when you turn on the defrost

. Is this right? or am I just dreaming?

Taking the dash panels off will differ on 2002+ models, but the stuff behind them and the mod itself is the same.

I highly recommend this mod! The instructions make is very easy to do and it is very nice to have full control over the HVAC system.

Is there a "play-by-play" with pictures on this because this seems very confusing and I think pictures would really help.
