My rear defrost does not work in my Ford Escort SE Wagon.
I press the button and it lights up, but doesn't work. I can hear the relay click after I press the button. The fuse is good, but I'm not getting any power to the grid. What should I do now? |

Re: 1998 Rear Defrost Doesn't Work
When you say your not getting power to the grid; does that mean you checked the connector at the grid for voltage?
If you have no power at the connector but hear the relay click; check for power out of the relay. If there is voltage at the grid connector you may have broken grid lines. Post back which is the case. |

So, trace it from the relay to connector? I wish I could find a diagram showing exactly where it runs. |
