1998 Ram 1500 hesitation

1998 Dodge Ram 1500 hesitation and bucking in overdrive? Any suggestions? Vacuum leak? Hmmm......

if the truck also idles high it may be vacume related, but that shouldn't effect cruise speed that much. id check plug wires and cap, rotor. when was th last time it had a tune up? how many miles on it?

I had the dealer reprogram the ECM. It was a recall issue and free. The truck ran better than ever after that.
