Brake Light Problem
Hey everyone...I'm new to the board and have a question right of the bat.My GP has no brakelights on the driver's side,I checked the bulbs and the were all good.So I did a voltage check on the connectors in the trunk and the wire leading to the passenger side brake lights(Darkblue/black) has about 12v and the wire leading to the driver's side brakelights(lightblue/black) and this only has about 7v's,would this idicate a possible short?Thanks in advance.

Why are you car owmers always hung up on short? Something don't work it must be shorted!!
Well I for one don't think its shorted!! Because if it was shorted more than likely it would blow a fuse or melt the wiring! Having 7 volts where their should be 12 volts would indicate a high resistance in the circuit.
