Angry 2000 jetta audio problems, speakers

I was moving my amp to a diffrent location, I wanted to put it in the first aid holder that the jettas have in the trunk, anyway the remote wire and the ground either touched the body of the trunk and sparked or the two wires touched each other, anyway the door speakers quit instantly, I was sure it blew a fuse, no big deal right, well no blown fuses, the pioneer deck still works, the amp and the sub in the back still work, but the door speakers not a sound from them, WHAT COULD BE WRONG! I have checked every fuse in the car, even the deck and amp fuse, please help I am desperate. I assume its something with the deck Im not sure though?????

you could have posibly fried the internal amp in the head unit, common when wires are crossed, I accidently did this to a $400 clarion trying to install it in the dark
