96 GLE Stereo problems

MY factory CD/Tape deck does not work. No power or anything. I already checked the fuse and its good. I just bought the car so I don't know the history. Anybody know where the screws are to remove the headunit so I can check the wires? They seem to be hidden.

Carefully use a screw driver to unsnap the console under the clock section (between the clock and the radio console), there are two screws behind there, remove the console that goes around the gear shift, remove the ashtray and there are two more screws back there. The raido console come right out.
