1989 Cherokee CLutch system trouble shooting

I have a 2.5 4-cylinder cherokee, and recently my clutch has been giving me a headache. I noticed fluid loss, and discovered that my master cylinder was leaking on the inside. I replaced the cylinder, now I am getting leaking from my clutch housing, i have the internal slave cylinder. It looks like Im going to have to detach the tranny. Has anyone taken their tranny out? Do you have any tips or pointers that might make life easier?

Get a lift

The tranny is easy to pull, just take your time and do it right. Theres nothing special you have to do.
