Rear disc conversion V6 F-Body?

does anybody know if you can perform a rear disc conversion on a 95 v6 f-body? If so what do you need? just the rotors and calipers? and would you need to switch out the ABS computer or anything funky like that? Also, does anybody know about S/C'ing them, like who makes a good kit and how much it runs for?
