Alarm install Question

First off...THIS PLACE RULES!!!!

Anyway , I ordered a security system from autoloc. I need to know where I can get a +12 volt wire I can splice into to power the sec system. Should I just run a wire straight from the battery through the firewall?? Where could I pass the wire through the firewall?
Anyone everseen the autoloc systems in action, I'm wondering if the system is a good one. Its the Svproa37, here's the lionk to the description:

Thanx in advance.

Oh, I see that you are planning to shove off your door handles??? Well, the door polls sound nice but never heard of them. The alarm is next to worthless though. You could have saved about 1/2 your money if you bought a real kit to do this.

Either way, the install of the doorpulls is the key. They have to be exactly right and always right or you'll always have to keep a window down to get in. Also, if this system does not have an emergency pull cable or something, you will not be able to get in your car if the battery goes dead or the remote quits unless you break a window.

Since I do not know your year of car. Go to www.bulldogsecurity.com

Any of the 12v+ sources in the ignition should be fine but you might want to verify the amp rating of the door pullers. Some of the cheap units pull like 40-60 amp which would warrant to go to the battery or some large wire source.
