aftermarket alarm install

I am from the Boston MA area. I am going to have a new alarm installed w/ keyless entry, remote start...... the works (no motion sensors I don't think). I was quoted over or around $225. Does this sound right? Anyone from the area know a better little shop? One problem is a lot of places wont install what they don't sell.

The price depends on what brand you are getting. I sell DEI and just for the keyless/remote start I charge about that much. The starter with alarm usually goes for around $400. Make sure the place has a good name. I would ask for references. Also, some places like to lead you in with a low price then nickle you for everything that shouldn't be priced separately.
