Lowered '99 P11
Okay, okay...I know that the consensus in the forum is that INTRAX can't hold a candle to the other springs on the market as far as ride quality goes, and they certainly don't compare to anything by TEIN, JIC or GC. Still, I am tempted to try them. Here are my questions: 1. Does anyone out there have a '99+ G20 with INTRAX? 2. If so, what do you think about the quality of ride/look?

I've had the Intrax on a P11 w/ stock springs. Here's what I can tell you.
1. It lowers you car nicely. 2. The ride quality SUCKS!... THERE IS NO QUALITY. 3. When you hit a bump your car will bounce like a ball. This happens on EVERY bump, whether its a hairline crack in the road or a pothole the size of a swimming pool. Do not do it. I dont think Intrax did any research into the correct spring rates for our cars. If you dont want to pay alot of money for a fancy suspension, get the Eibach. |
