so how would it be controlled if you don't have a clarion system, i have an alpine one and am looking for a tuner. So RCA is good ;-)

Is there a remote control that you can get or does it just work through the CENET. I am not too familiar with clarion stuff...

I think it just works through the Ce Net controlls!

The alpine 1 is about $600 i think

YEah i know, then you have to buy a composite to RCA converter as well which is another $200, and then it can't even be controlled by the AI-NET, you have to use a secondary remote! that was why i was hoping to find another one that would work..

but the way i understand, if i bought the clarion one of you and used RCA output, i wouldn't be able to control it!

Is that right?

also what type of antennas are they are they the metal ones?

i aint 2 sure how it works coz i never put it in the car!

U wont be able to control the unit from the tuner.

there are 3 antenna plugs, like the headphone type connections
