Bmw M3 E46 Vs. Nissan 350z

i heard that the 350z would have the better time of the two, on a race track with a lot of turns. its hard to believe, cause the bmw has the better balance, better skidpad numbers, and its got like over 40 hp advantage, about same curb weight too i think. is this true? maybe cause of the power delievery of the engine? i dont know, but i wanna know what you guys think.

R&T got a time that was .07 seconds (or something like that) better with a 350Z Track than an E46 M3. Hard to believe, considering the M had better numbers all around.

not just road and track. but also in best motoring. the problem with the M3 is that the harder you push it, the more the car tends to oversteer and you can't put down the power as soon and you can't put down all the power at th exit. while the Z is more forgiving then the M3 interms of corner exit. even though the Z tends to understeer more, but it seemed more poised.

you know, seeing the numbers.... dam, still kinda hard to believe. im always gonna be skeptical with those numbers from now on, i always thought that the m3 would own the 350z on the track, but boy was i wrong. i wonder how the e36 would do, better balanced than the e46.
